Middle and senior management needs to be filtered and people who better fit the aspirations of the company culture
Was compensated less than my peers in the same position for several years. Benefits have decreased almost every year.
Having clear goals. Focusing on reducing the "tech bro" culture. Create a management team that actually exhibits the Carbon values
I am paid less than my peers in the same role. Stock options are not worth anything so no longer viewed as an addition to pay
I have some wonderful coworkers and many that are there to only promote themselves. So collaboration and not being workplace bullies would be a great start
Better culture with respect and inclusion of all employees no matter what their title is. Less people managing and trying to manage and more people doing actual work and delivering on their tasks.
Removal of employees/managers that have complaints from multiple people across different groups instead of promoting them. Provide a culture where everyone has a seat at the table and is respected no matter the level/job title, race, or gender.
Need to be much better at retaining good employees and letting go toxic and underperforming employees Having clear direction on future technology and product roadmap Really focus on diversity and promote it internally instead of just talking about it publicly and having the opposite in practice.
