This is a dream job for me that I never new was possible and I feel so fortunate to be pat of this company at this point in time of my life and the company's life and I'm so optimistic about the success of this company and I feel so excited to grow with it long into the future.

I love learning the Technology we have and working with all my Brilliant co-workers everyday.

Everyone is very smart in their own unique way, everyone is Friendly and Willing to help at any moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always: honest about the company's current state, open to employee feedback, and provide thoughtful responses to any issues that come up along the way.

I appreciate the transparency the leadership team provides about all company related issues and successes. I also love that I feel valued by leadership as an employee and individual.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here is super smart and super nice, if I ever need help I can ask anyone and no one ever says no or makes you feel like your bothering them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom we have for both working hard and playing hard. I feel like everyone works really heard when needed and also we all have allot of fun when we get together for random occasions. The work life balance push is greatly appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though everyone has important and crucial tasks to complete the atmosphere is calm and casual plus everyone is always happy which makes work so much more enjoyable. Every gathering feels like a celebration mixed with an exciting learning session which is so cool.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having unlimited PTO is super nice to me since its my 1st time experiencing this benefit. Coming from a company where I worked for 13years with limited PTO I can really feel the stress relief. Not having to worry about being reprimanded to take crucial time off when needed is such a blessing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job specifically is what I love and the people I get to interact with and work with and learn from on a daily basis is so amazing because each day is different and each day I learn something new and this is helping my gain additional skill sets that would otherwise be unattainable.
