Love the people I work with & try to regularly learn from them. However, in the past 2 years, work at Carbon has been mentally & emotionally challenging with layoffs, reorgs, etc. Better compensation to retain employees & show appreciation for the additional work everyone has taken on would be good.

Additional stock and pay increases that are adjusted to the inflation rate.

Too little personnel for the amount of work everyone's tasked to do.

When we see a customer complete a new project that would not have been possible without DLS

It is an incredibly smart group of individuals who are still very modest, fun, and light hearted while still taking work very seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team growth has been stagnant or declining for > 1 year yet have seen only modest growth in salary with no additional stock options or RSUs.
