I think the best quality of the leadership team is their commitment to success while also treating everyone as humans not numbers.
I love the internal and external interactions, and then seeing how our software really does make a difference in cities/municipalities worker productivity and lives.
I feel like I am a bit underpaid for the amount of work in my position and the stress that comes with that added responsibility. Either an increase in base pay, a stipend for internet costs/home office energy consumption/etc, or a mixture of those items would be what I am looking for
