
Within my own team we are very supportive of each other.
A lack of focus. Time-consuming project tracking bureaucracy with little value to the company or the project's success.
To improve: upskill, move faster. To work better together: Communicate often and honestly about project status, priorities, blockers.
Transparency, specifically from the CEO. A clear understanding that we are in a fight to survive and rallying the whole company around that (vs. burying our head in the sand).
