
The culture has changed a lot. It use to be a fun work environment and now it's more about optics and micro managing for leadership team
Very competitive and combative, no longer team oriented. They are set in their ways and not open-minded. They are quick to jump on ppl that don't have the same ideas.
Making executive clear decisions in meetings and understanding the dynamics of each department and the constrained areas and how to work towards that instead of a Head of People that isn't in our office dictating how work environments and departments should functional optically.
With the non-transparency or acknowledgment of when people left the company, ppl are on edge. No one feels like they can settle in for fear of getting let go, ppl just gossip when they find out someone left. There is no longer a culture or a lively fun work environment.
