
It would be nice if the all hands meetings had Q&A time. There seems to be a trend where people are fired very quickly without reason. This has a pretty heavy impact on the teams trust of leadership.

We listen to each other and are constantly trying to help each other out.
The benefits are in alignment with the industry. In particular, the added $50 for health, etc is terrific, and not common among tech companies in our sector.
Everyone is motivated and wants to build this company into a giant, and help the planet at the same time. This is fantastic. Everyone is willing to help and train, all of this has been a very positive sign.
