They listen to employee feedback on tech and are always open to introducing new technologies to the stack. I also appreciate how they have a huge focus on safety (even though that doesn't really affect my team in the office)

I really like how they focus specifically on the climate/green energy portion of the company's mission and how that's what we're out here to do. I also think they're clear on their goals and execution, and enjoy how they share new breakthroughs/business developments often, keeping us in the loop.
