My lead/manager always has an amazing attitude. He helps whenever is needed and gives any needed advice.
I honestly think the culture is good. Everything is still a work in progress so I know itll take time to organize everything.
Accidental coverage in case anything happens. I know if i was out of work id be stressed about how to pay bills, but now i know if something was to put me out of work i wouldnt have to worry about that.
