Crusoe – Crusoe is doing well overall but it is moving from a startup to an established company and I am worried with the layering in management it might create a lot of bureaucracy. Crusoe, needs to preserve it's startup culture and move fast.

The experience has been great. I look back to all the stressful moments of past employment and see it as a great thing now because it led me to Crusoe. As long as the opportunity for growth remains, the leadership, mission, and culture remain, I think I will always enjoy it here at Crusoe.
