The ways things were explained to me to get me into position arent the way things are. If I tried to work that way, certain things wouldnt get done around the store. I think im compenstated fairly. I think the expectations are a bit out of wack
The majority of everyone wants to work hard. I think they deal with the same stress of customers having zero patiences now. There are some managers who would rather walk by a bad behavior than correct it and then expect another manager to do it. Which is aggravating.
Everyone for the majority is trying to help each other out. Customer service and retail in general is just challenging now post covid. Customers dont have patience and employees dont want to take the crap from customers for barely a liveable wage. Ipeople shoppingdont look at retail workers as human
