Wellness coach is great, but it's hard to manage the work day demands and taking the time for myself. I found myself not able to take advantage of these benefits.
For being a start up, I feel we miss the "sexy" perks of meals, wellness allowance, better paternity/maternity leave. In lieu of that I feel that compensation should be a bit higher to account for those.
