Getting the job done well, which means everyone was safe and comfortable on their trip. Compliments are great but an absence of complaints is paramount.
The doesn’t invest a single minute or single dime into creating a company culture. It is a joke to use the word culture at Frontier because the only culture is the one that wants to band together to burn the company to the ground.
The employees care about each other within their groups, many times that transfers to other employee groups but not always. The executive management has recently provided several candid and seemingly genuine communications to the employees that have been taken well by most employees including myself
Severely underpaid. Began a career here long before new ownership decided to gut our culture and pay. In all facets, not just pay and benefits, this is the most labor unfriendly executive management I’ve ever experienced. Every employee would like to see the company fail, just to watch it burn.
