Being trusted to do my work, with not a lot of micro-management. I like that I have that here at IG! The coffee stations, wellness rooms, and roof top patio are fantastic! The building is very nice and makes a comfortable environment.

Based on my experience I should be paid more and have a leadership position. Maybe I was overlooked. I already have many years of leadership experience; therefore, I believe that I should have been hired into a leadership position. I am not sure why my experience has been overlooked.
