Watching our Kajabi Heroes build their businesses and achieve their goals.
They seem to listen to employee feedback and they are very approachable.
They foster an enthusiastic culture that is on the same level as Apple.
We are always available to help one another and we are enthusiastic about doing so.
I love my team. They motivate me to work harder and achieve our lofty goals.
I love the benefits but the pay is well below the average for our region.
My team. They, along with our customers, are the reasons I go into work every day.
We work tirelessly for one another and none of us hesitate to assist one another when needed.
We are all here to help each other, collaborate, and go above and beyond for one another.
Everyone feels welcome and uplifted by the team. Whether he/she is in leadership or an individual contributor, everyone feels connected.
Our camaraderie is what makes our team great. We can talk about anything, share ideas without judgement, and everyone is included.
Transparency surrounding pay and inflation would be nice. That and my team is underpaid for what we do, according to Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn metrics.
People are (mostly) receptive. I made some recommendations to HR about a few things are they listened and followed through. Leadership is clearly invested in employee happiness.
My pay is ok, but under the market value for my role. I also would have liked to have seen a pay raise that corresponded with inflation, but sadly that was not the case.
Per Glassdoor, my role makes around $75k-$90k at other companies. Right now, I am making far less than that. Leadership needs to address inflation concerns and provide raises to that compensates for inflation AND job performance.
We are a family and we interact extremely well with one another. Everyone is eager to help each other, we all contribute in our own way on projects, and we have fun doing all of this together!
I love what I do. I love helping our clientele with achieving their business goals and meeting such interesting people all around the world! Every interaction presents challenges and laughs. Meanwhile, there are other projects and challenges internally that I enjoy tackling.
Despite going above and beyond and achieving the goals that would normally grant me the highest annual review rating, I was not given that rating. We were not given a raise that compensates for the rising costs of living and inflation. 3% is NOT enough.
They are invested in company culture and very transparent, with the exception of employee pay with rising inflation (Let's Go Brandon). Recently, we found out that our 401k vendor would be charging us a fee and many of us were unhappy about it. Leadership is working to rectify this.
I am *extremely* thankful for the benefits and perks that Kajabi provides. They are amongst the best in the industry. However, these perks and benefits do not entirely make up for the lower pay compared to the rest of the industry. I am making about $15k-$25k less than people in the same role in OC.
