Though we're fully remote, we have found a way to stay connected and form meaningful relationships through quality work, an emphasis on "be you," and embracing one another's uniqueness.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

"Be you" is another core value of Kognitiv that leaders do more than just pay lip service to. They celebrate the diversity of our employees and create an open environment where everyone's uniqueness is welcomed and appreciated.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They don't just pay lip service to the idea of "employees first." They support employees, and time has proven that happy employees make happy clients. They don't make money grabs, they let the good work their happy employees do sell itself... and it works!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My time off is flexible and I am entrusted to take it when I need it, without limits, and as long as my work is done and good quality, there are no questions asked. I am empowered to be an owner in my work-life balance.

What makes you most happy at work?

My team is made up of some of my favorite humans. Being a part of their every day lives enriches my own. We do a great job of sharing our successes and challenges, supporting each other in and outside of work, and genuinely enjoy each other's company.
