Would like more training to be able to improve my knowledge, but doesn't happen.

There is no feeling of continuous improvement. It's a case of this is how we do it. No one is giving any feedback if we can do things better. Processes are pretty inadequate. Lack of training for people new to the job. Little or no procedures on how items are made. Unorganised work areas
