Willingness to work with the employee
Good insurance prices for the employee
friendliness and support for each other
the different events/activities the company provides
when people value and appreciate me
The job security I have in my role
Working with great individuals each day
Most try to share the path of the department.
trying to support each other.
pay raise and more recognition
I feel women are not paid equaly as the men
They ask questions about what is going on in the company
Fellow employees could have better work ethics to complete tasks accuratly
Leadership outside of my team recognizes the work put in by me
As a female I am not paid to the level of my title.
The company tries to give back to the employees through events and promotional items.
We try to enjoy the time we spend together and help to support when team members are stressed.
the personal connection built between members to make us care for each out on a business and personal level.
MISUMI works to try and bring the departments together through activities outside/inside of work. (softball, active challenges, chili cook off)
My personal manager does not always advocate for their team members. Having HR reach out to help build a growth structure for the team with benchmarks would assist in fostering valuing the team members.
