Navy Federal Credit Union Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My pto and also how much vactoon time i get

Posted 14 days ago

The compensation package is good especially the health insurance. I believe that's why people stay regardless of the stressful toxic environment.

They match your 401K submission above a certain percentage

Pension, 401k, liberal leave time.

The vision package and medical packages are really good

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus and comp package most dont talk about

The benefits are amongst the best available. Full 401k match up to 7%, excellent health insurance, employee assistance program, on-site health facility, on-site gym, on-site cafeteria, etc. for employees on the main campuses, as well as additional programs for remote employees, tuition assistance.

Review from Operations Dept

Good amount of paid time off; work life balance; 401K, and fully funded pension.

The bonus and retirement match

Excellent it's has helpful for me and others

Review from HR Dept

The salary and bonus scheme are top notch

Overall have no issues, love everything.

Navy has the best health care and benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Balanced benefits and good bonus

All of it is great

Competitive salaries, great leave benefits and 401K matching with a pension which is pretty amazing since many organizations now discontinue it.

We have the best heatlh insurance around. They give us so many paid days off.

Bonus program is better than any company I have worked for, and you are in charge based off performance.

Unlimited overtime, constantly evolving to market competitors (incentive pay, bonuses, commissions) and annual PIP bonus

Annual bonus, paid time off, employee support network

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

2-3% raises dont keep up with inflation, insurance is pricey and bonuses were cut for the bottom line

I would want to see cost of living raises and no more layoffs

The majority of new employees come in getting paid the same as employees that have been in the company for a long time. Benefits are good but can always be better and I leave accrual is too low.

To be paid fairly and a manager to actually cares and wants the best for me.

Compansation is not competitive at all

If they actually paid at market rate. If they didn't only promote their favorites

Never receive cost of living increases, raises are less than inflation.

I feel terrible because I was sexually violated while working in Branch Operations Training. No one cared.

Paying more competitive and transparent salaries

I feel terrible because I was sexually harassed in branch operations training and nobody cared.

Base salary is below what competitors pay. Merit increases are a joke and will never cover cost of living increases. Nepotism means your bonus structure benefits relatively few people. Depending on the group, your bonus could be smaller and therefore overall comp well below market

I am a contract employee so I don’t get the benefits as full time regular employ
