It's an amazing and supportive place to work! But that doesn't just happen. There are people actively ensuring our culture is our focus through things such as creating a culture committee for our department, holding empathy panels, and bringing the focus on our ERG groups to the forefront!
The cost of living has gone up dramatically in our local area with an influx of people moving here. The cost of working has also gone up quite a bit with the return to office. We are paid significantly less than the averages in our industry, and I am personally paid less than the males in my role
