My current team does their part and looks for ways to make us better.
That there are folks willing to step up and lead culture and a postive environment - it doesn't feel like it is a company priority anymore.
In the past I appreciated that my voice was heard. I don't feel that is the case anymore. Today, I would say that I appreciate their effort to interact with and get to know that teams.
My co-workers. I am genuinely happy shit gets done and we make progress, but a lot of time I feel like we are spinning our wheels. Mostly due to a lack of people's availability. Too many projects, decisions, etc.. are dependent upon a small group of people who have context.
