nCino is a great place to work and for some can be a dream. Good benefits and a good work-life balance make everyday at nCino a low-stress environment. Improvements can be made in the salary space, but the rest of the benefits are great.

Compensation for Software Engineers is not up to industry average. Considering that remote work is now a national norm, claiming that we are paid to match our "cost of living" is is no longer a sound reason for reduced compensation.

I feel undervalued because I was able to just as effectively perform my job remotely as I'm able to in person, but I'm required to come into the office. Between that and less than industry average compensation, I don't feel incentivised to go above and beyond.
