
We had a special culture of innovation and collaboration in product & engineering, but the wonderful people that built it have left. I'm not confident we can rebuild that positive culture.
We have lost and continue to lose significant talent because nCino continues to underpay and is not allowing work-from-home for product & engineering. I believe we have passed the "point of no return" unfortunately.
Leadership has completely disregarded feedback from product & engineering and as a result all of our most valued contributors and colleagues have left or are leaving. I have completely lost confidence in our leadership after a recent all-hands where our CEO showed how out-of-touch he is.
I cannot afford to live near the office yet I am being forced to come in 5 days a week. Rent prices have soared and I am still paid significantly less than market value. Product & engineering does not retain talent because they refuse to pay a fair salary in an increasingly expensive market.
