Everyone is very helpful and will help you at the drop of a hat. Most are very nice and easy to talk to and get along with.
Freedom to express your opinion and bring ideas to the table without negative criticism. They also care about your personal life outside of work. They are easy to work with and while they are your manager they treat you as if you are a friend and really helps build a trustworthy relationship.
P levels incentivize employees to do well and when we are doing well we are told we are on a fast track to P2 (for example). Even if all of these boxes are checked it seems like there is no way of getting to P2 until you hit a certain time period (2 years). Put this in the criteria if thats the case
