
nCino thinks a good annual raise is the same as the inflation rate. And there is no room to get off cycle raises / rewards for being a high performer. Offer more opportunities to move up when the budget clearly allows for it.
nCino is very concerned about what % raises they give. It doesn't matter what your value-add may be which results in low motivation to do anything outside of your role as you will not be compensated for it. More transparency in regards to pay bandwidths would be greatly appreciated.
