
To put my nCino experience into perspective, this is only my second job in my post college adult life. I retired from the first one and plan to retire again from nCino.

Clearly defined goals and measures of performance. They have done everything they said they would (during the interview process) and more since joining the nCino team.
The commitment to the team, positive attitudes... 99% of the time we can find a way to "yes" for the customer (who remains the central element in all we do).
I know I have my leaderships trust. The result - I have tremendous latitude to accomplish my job. I also really appreciate the fact there has been no pressure to return to the office, since the pandemic.
