For the most part, it's a great company. The purpose is clear, the teams are all rowing in the same direction. The favoritism is visible, and the commission structure does not align with the outcomes we should be looking for to build a scalable org.

if accounts were spread amongst the teams fairly. There are favorites on every team.

I was given a completely new account list that was cold when I moved over to the Finserv team in Q1. I will have 2 quarters in a row of making very little to no commission. I exceeded my Q4 goal by 19%. And much if it was business and I had developed .
