It has been rewarding. I am proud of the work I do and who I do it with.
I enjoy working for my company. We have issues, but all companies do, and I feel comfortable expressing them to find a solution.
Nordic has a healthy mental health culture.
Day to day interactions and comradery on Teams.
They are open and direct.
They care about making everyone feel safe and accepted.
Hitting my personal work goals.
Satisfaction of completing the work and gaining industry knowledge from my peers.
I can trust them to do the right thing and have my back.
We embody and live by our Maxims instead of just saying we do.
We help each other out. I never feel like there is a clear weak link.
I feel accomplished and believe that the work that I do is meaningful for my customers.
I think that they are aware of the issues and are trying to make changes in the right direction to satisfy employees.
There are discrepancies in the salary of employees of the same title. The difference as far as I can tell is based on when an employee was hired.
They are open and direct. I trust that the leadership team will provide the most accurate and up to day information about our business to the best of their ability.
Nordic does not give the opportunity to negotiate raises. The evaluation process is well defined, but the actual compensation and raise process are unclear. Even if my feedback is that I am exceeding expectations, it is not clear how that corresponds to compensation.
There is a significant opportunity to earn more as I progress in the company. The guidelines and expectations for that progress is obtainable and transparent. Although I do not think that my compensation is the industry the same as my output, I know that I am close to moving my title and payment.
