If you are going to increase workload with layoffs, I would hope that team members are compensated based on the increased workload.
Their ability to collaborate, teach, assume the best of others and they are forgiving. I feel fortunate to work with such competent people.
Not micromanaging, taking concerns seriously and listening to those on the ground doing the day-to-day work. We need an leadership team who builds the vision and then steps back and lets people do the job they were hired for.
