We are constantly pivoting project positioning at the whim of our executives. As subordinates, it has been made clear that questions about the purpose of these changes will NOT be entertained. We are to get on board, period.
The team will be working on the agreed upon positioning of the project, when suddenly the executives have decided that they don't like this or they want it to be something different. Then we (without the ability to ask questions) MUST align.
