Realize and recognize the high volume of work and long hours being put into work which has all been done without additional compensation. Be clear in company objectives so we can align and support.
I am doing the work of two roles since one position was eliminated and I assumed the work load. No additional compensation was given. That said, I am happy to help the team and work hard, it would just be good to be compensated fairly.
