My team is AWESOME! We are all so encouraging together and work together to hit our goals. Everyone is so friendly and kind.

I love how down to earth everyone is. No one on the leadership team has a "better than you" attitude. They are kind to everyone and listen to everyones ideas.

I think Pendo does a great job asking its employees what we need/want out of compensation and benefits. If we are looking for something that we don't have, they will look into it and try to make it happen.

I can't say enough great things about Pendo. I think that everyone works really hard but we are also encouraged to take time off if needed so no one is burned out. Work life balance is very important to our company, which I think makes people more productive when we are working.

I love how transparent they are about where you are in the process and what is next steps. It is a long process but I learned a lot from going through the process. It also makes it so much better when you get the job because of the work you put into it.
