I like how they do want us to progress as a company and try to do what is best.
Need to hire more people in my department. Provide raises to my team that haven't had anything really significant in years.
Included in more leadership activities. Taken seriously on lack of resources and staffing in my dept. Provide perks to my group for all their hard work etc.
They have over 40 years of experience combined in this industry. We've worked together for a long time so we know how to "flow" with one another.
