Formlabs: Formlabs is a great work environtment, but it's stuck in an awkward spot between start-up and established company. More structure is being created, which is great, but there is a noticeable in-group of people who have been with the company the longest, and who gatekeep most decisions.

Jam City: I've had the chance to step up into higher visibility roles with the success of our product, but not without heavy pressure on my bosses by me. I think the company has broad, murky stated growth goals that often result in managing asks from multiple stakeholders that can't be fully accommodated.
Rahi: Overall positive... there are a few things I would change about my compensation package, and I lack some tools which would be beneficial to doing my job more effectively, but overall I am generally happy to work for this company.
Rahi: The company is still small and growing, you do along of different jobs things out of your normal some times but it makes the job fun most of the time. I do wish I understood how bonuses work a little better

They do not properly train employees, they promote personal friends not hard workers. Time after time making excuses and covering mistakes for careless techs, while trying to shuffle the blame
