I've worked at two similar companies and C Space is head an shoulders above both of them. The people are amazing, the work is interesting and challenging, and I spend more time doing things I enjoy working on. C Space is forward looking and really working to be a diverse company of the future.

I wish sector team's were valued differently. I work on highly technical accounts that require a unique skill set and subject matter expertise. Its frustrating to be graded against peers who are unable to do the type of work I do yet are compensated the same as me.

I have super supportive teammates and a great set of tools to do my work. C Space makes it easy for me to do as much as I can for clients and those clients appreciate that in turn. Even on busy days I leave work feeling excited and happy with what I've done.

C Space is made up of incredibly smart, caring, and driven individuals. They push you to be the best you can be while giving you full support to do so. More than that though its just a good set of people who really do want the best for those around them. C Space has really remarkable people.
