What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they're approachable and open.
Their transparency. They are accessible and not just a team that feels ten roles above us telling us what to do.
Their transparency and vulnerability, especially during trying times the last year+ has been really comforting and helpful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My manager is always fighting to provide myself and my teammates with growth opportunities, and consistently fights to increase my compensation every year since I joined.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I am excited to show up to work every day (or sign-on in this digital world!). My coworkers are fun, care about the work we do and care about me as a person. What could be better?
Honestly just really enjoy everyone I work with. People are smart, creative, collaborative, and quick to raise their hands to help out.
My team is full of awesome, funny, and most importantly caring individuals. There is an authentic energy, and we look out for one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of emphasis on maintaining a fun and authentic culture. Leadership really puts time and effort into establish and maintaining the culture.
