I've been able to have conversations with just about everyone on the leadership team, whether they be about business ideas or just on a personal level, from the moment I started at the company. I think that's very valuable (and just cool!) at any company, and it shows how invested they are.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Comprehensive benefits include all the basics (health, dental, vision, disability, pre-tax commuter, FSA) but also some nice to haves like tuition reimbursement, childcare assistance, generous paid parental leave, learning and development, volunteer days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would love to see us moving towards more competitive pricing in order to offer more competitive comp company-wide

C Space has some of the worse benefits I've seen out of a company. They typically justify this by saying "we'll compared to other like companies we're great" but they don't realize they aren't compared to like companies, they are compared to all other companies in their area.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is incredibly smart and collaborative. It makes it easy to learn new skills and get support when I'm in a rut.

The diversity and constant effort to keep culture as a top priority

Just the people. Everyone is smart but also down to earth and can mix getting work done with having a good time with our time here.

Theres a lot of energy and people are very creative and smart.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company politics drive down job satisfaction, merit and promotion is more based on relationships than actual work which is why the company continuously loses valuable talent. Operations team has too much power and hamstrings the rest of the organization by being very inefficient.
