What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparent, caring, approachable, and supportive
They are transparent, and actually listen to employee feedback. Concrete, actionable updates are often shared back based on feedback they hear from employees on a variety of topics.
They are so supportive and helpful!
The leadership team is generally made up of nice and approachable people, which I definitely like.
They are smart and they care.

What are some of the best things about your team?
collaborative, supportive, united, and hardworking
Passionate. Driven. Collaborative. Human. FUN.
We all have each others backs and are not afraid to ask questions
Everyone's super smart and caring. I think everyone on my team brings something different to the table which is wonderful. And the people I work with are genuinely nice and thoughtful as well. There's a real team mentality, no one feels left to their own devices I don't think, or competitive
The people at C Space are amazing. I left and have come back in large part because of the talented, creative, bold and interesting people I get to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Laid back, work hard play hard mentality. Everyone is on the same page.
Its a collaborative environment, not overly stuffy or formal
People care and I mean genuinely care. About the work we do, about our clients and about each other.

The people. My role and contributions I get to make. Helping match our people with the right talent/needs of the business.
Getting to see everyone and knowing theyre happy to see me
Working with my colleagues, feeling like I have a sense of ownership and autonomy and that my thoughts and perspectives are valued
Sharing ideas and building something together with people I respect and enjoy.
