So many wonderful people and clients. C Space is working hard to make a difference in the world and it's amazing to be along for the ride.

I have not been here for long but overall very good. The people, the work, the environment, the culture, the location and so much more are what I look forward to everyday.

It's been a period of significant growth, personally and professionally. I've embraced our "find what fascinates" and "do what scares you" values and I feel deeply satisfied about the ways I've stretched and grown throughout my years at C Space.

Great 'first job out of college' experience. I've learned more about myself in the past 2yrs since being at C Space than I have my entire life. BUT I think it's clear there are problematic issues - i.e., resourcing, valuing employees, offering fair compensation - that can't be swept under the rug.

They are very approachable. They do not make you feel like you are below them.

They listen to what I have to say and really value everyone's opinions

I'm an AC who's the storyteller on 2 of my 3 accounts. This is arguably my primary responsibility. If I'm doing the work of a Senior Consultant, I should be compensated as such - or at least be given a title change.

Friendly, collaborative, welcoming. They don't make you feel like your alone on a project.

I love that I have been able to form long time friendships through C Space and the different mentors I've had!

My NEOX group I felt was very unique and special. We brought a lot of light to C Space, even though there was so much already. I felt welcome, supported and confident enough to do my work well.

There is a strong culture of collaboration and openness to lean in, consult, support, roll up your sleeves and do what's needed. I personally enjoy that strong sense of "team" it's both motivating and inspiring.

Compassionate, inspiring and passionate people. But sometimes have the tendency to treat me as a mule.

Always something going on! They include everyone and have multiple opportunities incase you have to miss some things.

The people I work with. I am relatively new but the work is picking up. It is nice to know I have people to lean on for support or help and everyone gets along well.

Knowing I'm part of a movement that is humanizing business is deeply satisfying. I love having the opportunity to creatively solve business challenges by embedding the voice of customers into our client organizations, making insights accessible and actionable.

I feel overworked and undervalued despite going above and beyond. My coworkers thank me/give me praise but we're already jumping onto the next project for that positive encouragement to actually feel validating.
