Always something going on! They include everyone and have multiple opportunities incase you have to miss some things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness package and the PayFlex card. Helps to know that monthly I have money going towards my transportation and that a company cares about my wellness/wellbeing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. I am relatively new but the work is picking up. It is nice to know I have people to lean on for support or help and everyone gets along well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My NEOX group I felt was very unique and special. We brought a lot of light to C Space, even though there was so much already. I felt welcome, supported and confident enough to do my work well.
