I have been with C Space for a long time. I've had the opportunity to work in different offices and reinvent my role several times. I have felt consistently challenged. That, plus the people I get to work with and the impact I get to have on shaping the direction of the company keep me here.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people who challenge me. Being able to develop the people and teams that I work with. Ending a day exhausted, but feeling like I've really had an impact on the people around me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team at C Space do not get everything right. But they are focused on building a great business, care about the team and are quick to acknowledge areas where we can do better as an organization, or where they need to improve as individual leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Life at C Space is fast-paced and constantly changing. This isn't for everyone, but I enjoy it. It provides me with daily challenges to grow and develop. I appreciate that I'm listened to and have a chance to contribute to how decisions are made and how the business is run.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am incredibly proud to be part of my team at C Space. I get to work with people who care about me and care about C Space. I like that I work with people who also take the time to provide me with feedback about how I show up, whether that's encouragement or constructive feedback. They help me grow.
