Upland Software: The fact that it is remote doesn't make you feel like you are alone. You can always reach to a colleague whenever necessary. People are nice, smart and can help you at any time you need. Worload is appropriate and no overtime is needed. At each 2 weeks you get to plan the next 2 weeks of work.
Trilogy: Good salary. Extremely poor management. A lot of stupid experiments.

Kajabi: It's been awesome! I've bought into the direction of the company, company goals, leadership.... But this was prior to the RTO policy. It's hard to be out a positive spin right now.

Kajabi: We don't meet the market pay grades. Feels like they get us a discount at times.
Kajabi: It used to be great but changes have killed the culture and made it harder to get good work done. If it could go back, it could be great again.
Kajabi: Overall I'm satisfied with my experience at Kajabi. While compensation has been a pain point for me personally, its's the only pain point. The work, team, and opportunities for professional growth and exposure have been higher than almost any other company I've worked at so far.

Productboard: A place that cares about creating a new category - one for product managers - and the market opportunity is amazing. At the helm is someone who not only deeply understands where the persona needs to be in ten years, but also cares about the employees who support this mission.
