The pay is adequate but the comprehensive package is lacking. 3% 401k matching is low, no bonus plan available, no company equity available, and good health insurance is rather expensive

There has been some cases where expecations need to be met with no understanding of what is really going on (i.e. tasks to perform related to all the acquisitions with no history of what's going on).
