Karat: Karat is a company which cares more about candidate experience than the experience of their interviewers. Interviewers are treated as work horses with ever increasing performance standards. The flexibility of being an interviewer is great but it is a career graveyard long term.

Syapse: I was hesitant at first working for a small, younger company, but Syapse has shown they are in this for the long haul and are willing to do what it takes to hire great people and retain them. Having extra "Recharge" days off to make sure we are all de-stressing & taking care of ourselves is great.
Syapse: Syapse is a company that is focused on growing and supporting its employees and its mission in healthcare. There is an emphasis on innovation and while people are given ownership and autonomy over their work, there are high levels of collaboration and a very supportive work culture.
