FlightHub: Terrible leadership. They promote big egos. Will fire you if they dont like you rather than based on performance. Overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. Human resources is useless.
FlightHub: This place harbors bullies with awful managers and directors. HR is useless. Executives are all stuck-ups and have no clue how the industry works and couldn't care less about employees. Lots of sexism, discrimination and they're constantly getting rid of good staff. No one cares anymore. To avoid!

Janison: It was really great, then the new CEO started and he destroyed the best parts of the flexible culture Jansions had. Hired in a bunch of yes men/women so he would only hear exactly what he wants to hear. Now it is not so great. If your not in Sydney and new then you are "prejudice" according to him.

SteelHouse: Very toxic culture. They like to cut people who are making too much to bring in cheaper employees. If you don't spend time cozying up to the COO then you'll be gone. The COO has a lot of skeletons in the closet and most people know about them at the company but are too afraid to approach the issue.
