
I love the energy and solar field, I love that Sunnova is headquartered in the city I live and we are a growing company. However my department needs vast improvement. The leadership in the department is poor at best and very unorganized.

The pay is nice, I wish there was an opportunity to bonus on individual results along with the company goals.
I feel that my compensation is above the market for my respective position. Plus I have the ability to bonus at the end of the year based on my performance throughout the year.
The executive team is responsive, and when in a public setting make themselves approachable and communicative. I believe they are frank with us in the things they share and it's not just hoopla and company jargon.
What I like best about our leadership team is that they give you clear and concise goals and projects to work on. Provide constructive feedback and support your growth while working on said projects and goals.
The most positive aspect of the environment and culture is all the unique backgrounds of people working together towards a common goal. On top of the friendly and welcoming environment. I felt at ease with my new co-workers
The best things about my team are they are professional and will give you valuable, constructive feedback. It doesn't feel compartmentalized to where someone from another department doesn't know what you do or wouldn't offer help because it's "not" their job.
We have a we are all in it together mentality. We make an effort to explain or roles and what we need to accomplish with each other. It's important to know how each of us fit in with the company's success and failures.
