Sunnova listens to its employees. Employee survey results are put into action and not just for fun.
The ability to work at my discretion (while meeting deadlines) so I can have a fulfilling life outside of work.
Higher-ups need better attitudes instead of frequently being in a bad mood and instilling fear into those who may wish to ask questions.
I am underpaid and my boss/department has a bad attitude. Tone at the top trickles down so I am in a toxic work environment.
I am content with the way things are as I am given my independence here at Sunnova; however more team-building events (I.e., SOCIALS) could help build team morale.
Inflation is rampant. A significant raise to cover the inflation margin would show appreciation for me sticking with Sunnova instead of jumping ship to a higher-paying job somewhere else.
At Sunnova, the Leadership Team truly listens to employee concerns. Even if it goes against what higher-ups may want, if, for example, HR sends out a survey and the employees respond, Leadership will base decisions on the employee desires. I feel that employees as a whole are listened to at Sunnova.
