
The way the recognize the employees hard work by either mentioning the team in the town hall or specific personnel's that helped out with a project or goal.
We are always working together to meet month end goals. Always helping each other out on certain issues and my manager is very hands on with projects and helping out as much as she can.
I work from home and i see that there is trust in completing my task and i'm not stressed over being micromanaged on a daily. We have normal follow up and reminders if needed, but i can work at peace and in faith as a reliable member of the team.
The fact that i comfortably work from my home without commute stress or the extra spending on lunches. My manager make it easy for me to appreciate work as well due to her kindness and her approach towards every task allows me to feel comfortable in my work.
