Invest some time in training of team members so they can learn/understand the process instead of shaming them in mass emails for attempting to complete an assignment with minimal guidance.
My team relies on me for my extensive knowledge within the department. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with them with the hopes they can one day fill my role as I grow within the company
I feel undervalued as management cannot discuss career growth and insist the lack of compensation adjustment is just the nature of Sunnova. In addition, I have taken on way more responsibility however the compensation remains stagnant.
