Better at acknowledging our hard work and communicating new changes within the company. As well as better communication with builders and utilities that often coordinators need to do on their behalf.
As we get put more responsibilities outside of our role, we should get compensated fairly. I've been working here for a year and i have not received a raise, through my time here I have met our numbers and ensure all customers are taken care of.
The company needs to provide, not frequent, but once in awhile employee appreciation events in order for us to have more team bonding and networking amongst the company at least in the Irvine location. As well as , more acknowledgement towards all employees and not just leadership.
